Evaluasi Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kota Banjar Nomor 5 Tahun 2009 Tentang Larangan Pelacuran (Studi Kajian di Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar)

Abstract

Regency Regulation is one of law product from Local Government to support the Law before. The purpose of this research is to know and explain the evaluation of policy of Banjar Regency Regulation Number 5 Year 2009 about Prohibition of Prostitution in Banjar Subdistrict of Banjar City, obstacles and efforts made in policy evaluation of Banjar City Regulation Number 5 Year 2009 about Prohibition of Prostitution in Banjar Sub District of Banjar City. The research approach used in this research is qualitative approach with descriptive method type. Sampling technique with purposive sampling, data collection is done by in-depth interview technique, conducted on 10 informants. Based on the results of the analysis on policy evaluation of Banjar Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Prohibition of Prostitution in Banjar Subdistrict, Banjar City shows that in enforcing the Regional Regulation (Perda) in Sub-District of Banjar in general has not been implemented well by the District so that hinder the policy. Obstacles that occur in the policy evaluation of Banjar City Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Prohibition of Prostitution there are still people who protect prostitution activities including the owners of boarding-kostan. So the efforts made in the policy evaluation of Banjar City Regulation No. 5 of 2009 should be more assertive and clear in the enforcement and sanction given.
