Efektivitas Implementasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Banjar

Abstract

Based on the observations at the Banjar City Regional General Hospital, some problems regarding the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2013 on Non-Smoking Area has not been running optimally. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still people who are still smoke free in the hospital area. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of effectiveness of the implementation of regional regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning no-smoking area in the Banjar City Hospital. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. The research data was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the No Smoking Area Policy in the Banjar City Regional General Hospital was good enough, but still not maximally implemented. One proof of the application of the KTR policy has run quite well, which is seen from the level of compliance. The compliance level of Banjar City Regional General Hospital employees is better, because the Banjar City Regional General Hospital has imposed administrative sanction for every violation of smoking ban in Non Smoking Area. But for the visitors until now the level of compliance is still not able to run optimally because the majority of the patient's end is a smoker and it is difficult to understand Hospital area is the area Without Cigarettes. Therefore, for the level of violations in the vicinity of hospitals such as parking, canteens, corridors are still very high.
