Implementasi Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Di Desa Sindangasih Kecamatan Banjarsari Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2019

Abstract

Based on observations known to the subject matter of this research is high rate of proverty and welfare conditions community both in health and in education. Location of the research was conducted in the Sub District Banjarsari District Ciamis. This research used qualitative method. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which describe the data that exist, the situation experienced, and the take place process for solving problems. The result showed that in the short term grants Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is expected to the reduce the burden of household spending (the impact of direct consumption), and in the long term is an investment in future generations better throught improved health and education (the impact of the development of venture capital). That is, the Policy Implementation Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the village of sindangasih district Banjarsari district Ciamis as a program capable of breaking the cycle of intergenerational proverty.
