Abstract

Family Planning (KB) is a government program in order to control the population, one way to succeed in the family planning program is the establishment of a Family Planning Village (KB Village). As in Buni Hilir sub-village, Situmandala village, Rancah sub-district, Ciamis regency named SANINTEN ASRI, but unfortunately even though KB Family Camp has been formed, there are still some problems including the lack of contraceptives to geographical problems (village location) including remote villages that make the KB Kampung Program difficult to succeed. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informants selected by the Snowboll Sampling technique and the informants selected according to the linkages in this study. In this research the researcher uses Merilee S. Grindle's Policy Implementation theory, with six approaches namely Interest reflected, Type of benefit, Extent of change envision, Site of decision making, Program implementer. The conclusion of this research is the Implementation of the Saninten Asri Village Family Planning (KB) Village Program has not run optimally because of the power, interests, and strategies of the actors involved and the level of compliance and weak response from the implementers of the KB Village. Suggestions that researchers recommend are BKKBN and P2KBP3A to infect the needs of facilities and infrastructure, P2KBP3A conducts guidance to the managers and implementers of activities in the KB village, KB Village Administrators more initiative to deliver material development to each poktan (activity group), community and KB village administrators take the initiative apply for cross-sectoral cooperation.
