Abstract

Sirnabaya Village is a village known as an area that has business potential in the trade sector which is very advanced and developing which can be used as a source of village income by the Sirnabaya Village Government. Having a village original source of income which is a superior income so that it does not depend on government assistance, both the Central Government and the Regional Government. Thus, based on the results of observations made by researchers, it is known that problems that are also strategic issues in increasing the source of village income include a lack of administrative order, a lack of socialization to the community regarding rental management. village kiosk which is a source of original income and village resources. Humans who are less supportive. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the Sirnabaya Village Government in increasing its own source of village income (PADes). This type of research is qualitative, with a research focus to examine the strategy of the Sirnabaya Village Government in increasing the source of village income in Sirnabaya Village, the data sources are primary data and secondary data; The sampling technique was purposive sampling; data collection, namely through observation techniques, interviews and field notes; data validity using triangulation technique; analysis with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategy possessed by the Sirnabaya Village Government in increasing the village's original source of income is good, but not optimal due to budget constraints for maintenance and management costs as well as lack of socialization to the community, so these factors become obstacles for the Village Government. Sirnabaya in increasing the village's own source of income (PADes).
