Efektivitas Program Bina Keluarga Remaja Oleh Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Dalam Upaya Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar)

Abstract

Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) Program is a program launched by the National Population and Family Planning Agency. The target of this program is aimed at families who have teenagers as a forum and source of information for parents to gain knowledge about adolescents, there are several problems faced by the Family Planning Population Control Office, especially the Bina Keluarga Remaja Program group, namely: the occurrence of cases of early marriage, frequency of meetings between cadres and groups very minimal and lack of supporting human resources or cadres. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the Bina Keluarga Remaja Program was, the constraints of the Family Planning Population Control Agency and what efforts were made by the Family Planning Population Control Agency. The research method used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informants of the research were 9 people consisting of 1 Head of DPPKB, 1 section of Family Resilience and PIK / R, 4 UPTPPKB members and BKR cadres, 2 people and 1 case sample in Banjar District, Banjar City with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the BKR program in the Banjar District of Banjar City could not be said to be effective. This can be seen from the extension activities do not run routinely every month, the socialization provided has not been evenly distributed. So it has not been able to provide understanding to parents about the substance of the BKR substance and its efforts to do is to monitor and evaluate it. Therefore, the results obtained through this research can be used as references and recommendations to support the smooth development of the BKR program in Banjar District in particular.
