PELAKSANAAN COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM MENGURANGI PRAKTIK RENTENIR “BANK EMOK” Di Desa Balokang Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE IN REDUCING THE PRACTICE OF MONEYLENDERS "BANK EMOK" In Balokang Village, Banjar Sub-district, Banjar City
Abstract
This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of collaborative governance in reducing the practice of "bank emok" moneylenders in Balokang Village. This research is important because the success of stakeholder collaboration can reflect the readiness in to handle the community’s problem. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study used purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the implementation of collaborative governance in reducing the practice of moneylenders "bank emok" in the village of Balokang has not run optimally. Researchers suggest that the government continue to work on the program by involving several other parties, such as community leaders, religious leaders, and also youth organizations
