Abstract

This research investigates the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in human resources (HR) recruitment processes. A literature review approach was employed to gather and analyze relevant scholarly articles from various databases such as IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The study focuses on various AI applications such as automated screening and chatbots, their benefits such as bias reduction and operational efficiency, and challenges faced such as algorithmic bias and data security issues. Data analysis provides profound insights into the potential integration of AI in recruitment processes, considering both the benefits and challenges that organizations need to address when adopting this technology.
