STRATEGI KEPALA DINAS TENAGA KERJA KOTA BANJAR DALAM MENANGANI PENGANGGURAN DI KOTA BANJAR TAHUN 2022-2023

Abstract

The research results show that the Head of the Dinas Tenaga Kerja strategy in dealing with unemployment is quite maximum. However, there are still several obstacles in implementing programs/activities including; infrastructure that has not been updated and the lack of community participation is caused by the lack of maximum socialization of programs/activities carried out by the Banjar City Dinas Tenaga Kerja. Several other obstacles are related to the limited budget for implementing programs/activities and the lack of job vacancies in Banjar City
