EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SISKEUDES (SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA) DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA

Abstract

The effectiveness of the use of the SisKeuDes application in Village Financial Management in 2022 in Sindanghayu Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency in 2019 has not been carried out effectively. Among them are still delays in the preparation of village financial documents, the Village Financial Document Support Menu that is not complete, and there is still an error system in the use of the SisKeuDes Application. This is what attracts researchers to conduct research on the Effectiveness of the Use of the SisKeuDes Application in Village Financial Management in 2022, as well as the inhibiting factors and efforts of the Sindanghayu Village Government in overcoming obstacles in the use of the SisKeuDes Application in village financial management.

            Research approach used is a qualitative and descriptive method. Informans was chosen by purposive sampling technique many as 8 people selected according to relevance of this research. Research analysis using by organizational effectiveness theory.

            The results of the study show that the use of the SisKeuDes Application in village financial management in 2022 carried out by the village government includes conducting coaching and training for village officials, adding one village official to be the operator of the SisKeuDes Application and improving supporting facilities in the use of the SisKeuDes application. Inhibiting factors include unstable internet, small data server capacity and incompetent human resources. Efforts to overcome include by carrying out coaching and training to village officials and improving supporting facilities for the SisKeuDes application.
