IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM FOR FARMER WOMEN'S GROUPS IN PAMARICAN VILLAGE, PAMARICAN SUB-DISTRICT, CIAMIS REGENCY IN THE YEAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the empowerment program for women farmer groups in Pamarican Village, Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency in 2022. With several inhibiting factors, including unclear information, limited resources, and unsupportive public attitudes various stakeholders including pamarican village government, farmer women groups and the community empowerment program of the Farmer Women Group (farmer women's group) in Pamarican Village involves various strategic approaches. The village government is active in encouraging participation through planned communication both directly and indirectly. The use of social media, especially WhatsApp, is one of the effective and government. However, the implementation of this program is inseparable from significant challenges. Lack of clarity of communication, limited resources, varied community dispositions, and bureaucratic obstacles such as less than optimal coordination all affect the success and effectiveness of the program. Another major challenge is the mismatch between the expectations of the village government and the actual preferences of the community in choosing the type of crops to be planted
