Efektivitas Peraturan Bupati Pangandaran Nomor 19 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pendidikan Pangadaran Hebat
Studi Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kecamatan Kalipucang Kabupaten Pangandaran
Abstract
Based on observations at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Department of Education of Youth and Sports (UPT Disdikpora) Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency found several problems, there are: still unrealized budget remaining. Still any schools who has not complementary means schools such as school fences, school gates, and school signage. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling technique. The informants in this study are as follows: Head of UPT Disdikpora and Head of Sub Division of Administration, Treasurer, Operator, Principal, School Committee, and parents. The result of the research shows that Pangandaran Terrific Education Program has been implemented effectively because there is no levy to the parents of students, but there are still obstacles in the implementation because: (1) The existence of workload accumulation to one operator, (2) The amount of budget for each school based on the number of students so that the school has few students get a small budget and would not be enough to make a school complementary means.
