Implementasi Kebijakan Retribusi Jasa Umum di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tasikmalaya
Abstract
This study aims to provide an overview and explanation of the implementation of standard roadside parking in Tasikmalaya. The type used is descriptive. As a qualitative research data acquisition procedure, the data was obtained from interviews, observations, and archival. The results of the study were considered to be relevant to the problem under study and were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction according to the subject matter of the research and deviated focus on the main issues to be answered in this study. The results showed that the framework of the implementation of the retribution parking policy in Tasikmalaya can not be implemented in accordance with the Local Rules of Tasikmalaya No. 5 of 2011 on the Public Service Retribution. Imbalance occurs between the contents of the policy implementation in the field and there are still many illegal parking attendants interpreted due to several aspects that affect. In addition, there are fewer resources as the implementers of the infrastructure are inadequate, and the attitude of the implementor is. This makes community satisfaction remains low against the retribution parking service in the city of Tasikmalaya.
