Abstract

Based on observations at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cimaragas District, several problems were found, including the existence of other additional costs that must be incurred by the bride and groom who will have a wedding at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cimaragas District, and the lack of socialization carried out by the Office of Religious Affairs regarding wedding rates. currently in effect. And there is still overlapping work carried out by the staff of the Office of Religious Affairs in the Cimaragas District. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique uses in-depth interviews from predetermined informants and is carried out continuously until the data is saturated. The results of the recorded data are transcribed in full, then the data is grouped into several parts, which are divided according to the stages of implementation. This study uses a theoretical approach from Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. From the results of the study, it was concluded that of the four factors, the researchers found that the communication factor had not been implemented optimally. One of the conclusions that the researchers found during the interview was that there was still a lack of socialization carried out to all levels of society.
