Pemotivasian Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya
Abstract
The performance of local government officials is still often in the spotlight, especially in terms of public services. The sub-district is a regional apparatus organization whose main task is to provide services to the community. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Kawalu sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. This study uses the correlational method, which is a non-experimental research in which the researcher measures two variables, and understands and evaluates the statistical relationship between the two. The respondents of this study were employees of the Kawalu sub-district, Tasikmalaya city, while the data analysis test was carried out through a simple regression test, namely to test the level of influence of the Camat's motivation on the performance of his employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the Camat had a motivational influence on employee performance in Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City, meaning that by motivating employees, employee performance could be further increased, both with direct motivation and indirect motivation
