Evaluasi Kinerja Kebijakan Pengelolaan Informasi dan Dokumentasi di Kota Tasikmalaya
Abstract
This research is motivated by the implementation of Perturan Mayor Tasikmalaya is not optimal, although of votes Provincial Information Commission (KIP), West Java, Tasikmalaya one of the best PPID from the management side. Research using qualitative approaches, and methods of descriptive analysis, aiming to investigate the implementation of Tasikmalaya Mayor Regulation No. 34 Year 2014 on the Amendment of Tasikmalaya Mayor Regulation No. 31 Year 2013 on Guidelines for Working Procedure Management of Information and Documentation in the city of Tasikmalaya. From the results of this study concluded that the achievement of the policy targets on the implementation of the general is already close to the target set, while the goal could have been proven by the PPID helper in each SKPD, gaps targets and objectives with the achievement seen from the readiness of PPID in providing public disclosure to the community, institutionally already formed PPID in Tasikmalaya city but in the implementation of service delivery there are still differences of perception in the implementation of public services and, as a result of overlapping of HR Commitment mayor who strongly supports the openness of public information, community support is very strong against public disclosure (the KIM), and their local policies become a positive factor for the development of public disclosure in Tasikmalaya. Limitations of human resources information management and documentation that tends to duplicate the duties and functions of their office, the ability to manage public disclosure, as well as support facilities and infrastructure for the management of public disclosure, both located in the departments, agencies, and in the villages as the city of Tasikmalaya.
