The informant selection technique utilizes purposive sampling, involving 7 individuals chosen based on their relevance to this study. The analysis of this research is based on Abu Ahmadi's theory (1982), which encompasses dimensions of expectation, individual attitudes, and social functions. </em><em>The results of this study indicate that the role of the Banjar City Government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur is quite optimal, as demonstrated by several factors. These include government recognition and protection through policies outlined in Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2004 concerning Tourism and Cultural Business Permits, which involve strategic planning, budget allocation, and the establishment of specialized institutions or bodies focused on cultural preservation. The obstacles faced in the role of the government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur include limited financial resources, lack of public awareness regarding the importance of cultural preservation, social changes, and the shift in modern values. The type of research used in this research is using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The technique for determining informants used a purposive sampling technique of 10 people selected according to the relevance of this study. The analysis of this research is based on Harvard theory, which includes the dimensions of access, participation, control, and benefits. This study uses <br>the theory according to George C. Edward (Subarsono (2005)) which states that <br>there are four models in analyzing policy implementation, namely communication, <br>resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research was conducted in <br>the Rampak Polah KB Village in Langensari Village. The reason for choosing <br>Langensari Village KB Village as the focus of research is that Rampak Polah <br>Family Quality (KB) Village, Langensari Village, Langensari Subdistrict, Banjar <br>City is the only representative from West Java Province who successfully entered <br>the field verification stage for the top 10 nominees for the Best KB Village at the <br>National Level in 2023. In this study, the determination of informants was carried <br>out using the Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling methods. To support <br>primary data, researchers then used secondary data derived from literature <br>sources, documents, and articles relevant to this research. In the research results, <br>in general, the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program (KB) policy <br>in Langensari Village is going well. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan keabsahan data. Selain itu, teknik analisis dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya adalah perusahaan daerah air minum Tirta Anom telah menerapkan prinsip Good corporate Governance dalam menjalankan perusahaan akan tetapi masih terdapat terdapat beberapa prinsip yang belum berjalan dengan efektif. With several inhibiting factors, including unclear information, limited resources, and unsupportive public attitudes various stakeholders including pamarican village government, farmer women groups and the community empowerment program of the Farmer Women Group (farmer women's group) in Pamarican Village involves various strategic approaches. The village government is active in encouraging participation through planned communication both directly and indirectly. The use of social media, especially WhatsApp, is one of the effective and government. However, the implementation of this program is inseparable from significant challenges. Lack of clarity of communication, limited resources, varied community dispositions, and bureaucratic obstacles such as less than optimal coordination all affect the success and effectiveness of the program. Wanareja-Langensari, Langensari, Langensari District, Banjar City, 46324, namely the Banjar City Government carries out development in the border area of course based on Regional Regulations, then the Banjar City Government has an active role as a user or executor, initiator and facilitator of the development planning process.
