The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Banjar City Government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur, to analyze the obstacles faced by the Banjar City Government in the preservation of the cultural art of Manuk Janur in Banjar City, and to identify the efforts made by the Banjar City Government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informant selection technique utilizes purposive sampling, involving 7 individuals chosen based on their relevance to this study. The analysis of this research is based on Abu Ahmadi's theory (1982), which encompasses dimensions of expectation, individual attitudes, and social functions. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Banjar City Government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur is quite optimal, as demonstrated by several factors. These include government recognition and protection through policies outlined in Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2004 concerning Tourism and Cultural Business Permits, which involve strategic planning, budget allocation, and the establishment of specialized institutions or bodies focused on cultural preservation. The obstacles faced in the role of the government in preserving the cultural art of Manuk Janur include limited financial resources, lack of public awareness regarding the importance of cultural preservation, social changes, and the shift in modern values. Efforts made in cultural preservation encompass research, documentation, education, outreach, development of cultural arts, hosting festivals and cultural events, cultural tourism programs, legal protection policies, building partnerships with local communities, collaboration with cultural institutions, empowering the younger generation, developing cultural infrastructure, as well as promoting and marketing culture.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of gender equality and equity in women's representation in the Cilacap Regency legislature. The type of research used in this research is using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The technique for determining informants used a purposive sampling technique of 10 people selected according to the relevance of this study. The analysis of this research is based on Harvard theory, which includes the dimensions of access, participation, control, and benefits. The results of the study show that gender equality in women's representation in the Cilacap Regency legislature still does not meet the quota of 30% of women's representation of the total 50 members, and in the legislature of the Cilacap Regency there are only 13 female council members where there should be 15 female council members as a condition to fulfill 30% representation of women, this is gender equality in the representation of women in the Cilacap Regency Legislature has not met the quota, caused by the lack of interest of women in the political sphere, and many factors including myths, societal perspectives, religious interpretations, and the existence of a patriarchal culture.

This research aims to find out how the Implementation of the KB Village Program
in Langensari Village and the participation of the local community. This study uses
the theory according to George C. Edward (Subarsono (2005)) which states that
there are four models in analyzing policy implementation, namely communication,
resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research was conducted in
the Rampak Polah KB Village in Langensari Village. The reason for choosing
Langensari Village KB Village as the focus of research is that Rampak Polah
Family Quality (KB) Village, Langensari Village, Langensari Subdistrict, Banjar
City is the only representative from West Java Province who successfully entered
the field verification stage for the top 10 nominees for the Best KB Village at the
National Level in 2023. In this study, the determination of informants was carried
out using the Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling methods. To support
primary data, researchers then used secondary data derived from literature
sources, documents, and articles relevant to this research. In the research results,
in general, the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program (KB) policy
in Langensari Village is going well. However, there are some weaknesses or
shortcomings identified in some programs such as there are only a few programs
running in one village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good corporate Governance Oleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Anom Kota Banjar. Dalam upaya penerapan prinsip good corporate governance yaitu untuk mencapai visi dan misi mereka dan dalam upaya mereka untuk memenuhi harapan stakeholder, juga memberikan gambaran tentang praktek pemerintahan korporat yang baik yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, keadilan dan kesetaraan sesuai dengan pedoman dasar pemerintahan organisasi yang baik dari Komite Nasional Kebijakan Pemerintahan (KNKG).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan purposive sampling untuk menentukan informant. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan keabsahan data. Selain itu, teknik analisis dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya adalah perusahaan daerah air minum Tirta Anom telah menerapkan prinsip Good corporate Governance dalam menjalankan perusahaan akan tetapi masih terdapat terdapat beberapa prinsip yang belum berjalan dengan efektif. Diantaranya Prinsip transparansi, responsibilitas dan fairness atau keadilan.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the empowerment program for women farmer groups in Pamarican Village, Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency in 2022. With several inhibiting factors, including unclear information, limited resources, and unsupportive public attitudes various stakeholders including pamarican village government, farmer women groups and the community empowerment program of the Farmer Women Group (farmer women's group) in Pamarican Village involves various strategic approaches. The village government is active in encouraging participation through planned communication both directly and indirectly. The use of social media, especially WhatsApp, is one of the effective and government. However, the implementation of this program is inseparable from significant challenges. Lack of clarity of communication, limited resources, varied community dispositions, and bureaucratic obstacles such as less than optimal coordination all affect the success and effectiveness of the program. This study aims to analyze the role of the Banjar City Government in managing the construction of bridges in the border areas of West Java and Central Java, namely the Ci Jolang II Bridge and the Pelangi Langensari Bridge, based on an understanding of how the Banjar City Government's role in managing the implementation of the construction of the two bridges. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informants selected using the purposive sampling technique were five (5) people.

In this research, the researcher used role theory with the dimension of government as a guiding rule, role is an individual concept, and the role of government is important.

The results showed that the role of the Banjar City Government in managing development in the border areas of West Java and Central Java, to be precise in the construction of the Ci Jolang II Bridge infrastructure which is located at Purwaharja, Purwaharja District, Banjar City, West Java 46331, and Pelangi Langensari Bridge which is located at Road. Wanareja-Langensari, Langensari, Langensari District, Banjar City, 46324, namely the Banjar City Government carries out development in the border area of course based on Regional Regulations, then the Banjar City Government has an active role as a user or executor, initiator and facilitator of the development planning process. Therefore, the role of the Banjar City Government in managing the development of the border area is very important for the sustainability of the development process, and especially for the socio-economic welfare of the community, especially the people of Banjar City

This research is based on the fact that the role of the village government in dealing with juvenile delinquency in Pamalayan Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency is still not optimal. The aim of this research is to find out how the village government plays a role in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Pamalayan Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency. This research used qualitative methods and involved six informants. Literature and field studies are methods of collecting and analyzing data by collecting, reducing, conveying, verifying and confirming conclusions.
The research results show that the role of the village government in dealing with juvenile delinquency in Pamalayan Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency is not optimal according to the three dimensions found by Labolo (2010: 109): regulatory role, dynamist role, and facilitator role. The government's non-optimal role is caused by a lack of cooperation between the village government and the community and a lack of awareness by everyone, both teenagers and the community, of the importance of preventing teenage acquaintances. If not prevented, this can cause the next generation to fall into bad things.

Community empowerment through plant-based food security programs to increase food crop production

ABSTRACT

This research aims to investigate the impact of community empowerment programs through plant-based food security on increasing food crop production in Mekarharja Village. With a deeper understanding of the impact of this program, this research is expected to provide guidance and recommendations that can help improve food security and community welfare in the village.

In addition to the above objectives, this study also aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the plant-based food security program in empowering the community and increasing food crop production in Mekarharja Village, Purwaharja District, Banjar City.

The research method used is a qualitative approach with a a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research participants consisted of community members, farmer groups, and village officials involved in the food security program.

The results of the study show that the plant-based food security program has succeeded in improving people's knowledge and skills in farming, which in turn increases the production of food crops. This program also strengthens cooperation and mutual cooperation among community members, and can increase food security.

The conclusion of this study is that the plant-based food security program is effective in empowering the community and increasing the production of food crops in Mekarharja Village. Recommendations are given to the local government to continue and expand this program to other villages in Purwaharja District to achieve wider food security.
