PENGARUH PEMBERIAN REWARD TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA TELKOMSEL DISTRIBUTION CENTER (TDC) CLUSTER CIAMIS

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Reward on Employee Performance. The object under study is the Employees of Telkomsel Distribution Center (TDC) Cluster Ciamis.
The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study were 37 employees of Telkomsel Distribution Center (TDC) Cluster Ciamis.
By using simple linear regression analysis, the study found that Reward Giving had a significant influence on Performance. so the hypothesis is acceptable.
