Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the Al Uswah Sharia Multi-Enterprise Cooperative, Banjar Branch, found several problems, including lack of employee skills in carrying out work, lack of understanding of a marketer's duties in marketing products, resulting in less than optimal employee performance and unachieved achievements. For this reason, the aim of this research is to analyze the human resource training carried out by the Al Uswah Sharia Multipurpose Cooperative Banjar Branch in improving employee performance. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of method used being descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 9 informants. Based on the results of the analysis of informants at the Al Uswah Cooperative Banjar Branch, the training at the Al Uswah Cooperative Banjar Branch has been carried out by the company so that in carrying out its work it can reduce the level of errors made by employees. Efforts to handle human resource training in improving employee performance using good planning and strategy can be seen from the method used by Al Uswah starting from determining the assessment of the needs of each employee to receive training, objectivity or targets and measures of training, design and implementation. training used and evaluation of the results of the training that has been attended by each employee so as to improve the performance of each employee.
