Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for a company in carrying out activities. Human resources are not machines that are easy to manage in achieving company goals. The company's success in achieving its goals is supported by the competence and abilities of the people in the company. Achieving company goals does not only depend on technology, but is more dependent on humans carrying out their work. The ability to provide good work results to meet the company's overall needs is a contribution to employee performance. Success in a company's performance can be determined by the performance obtained by its employees, because the organization demands that each of its employees be able to provide optimal performance. Good or bad employee performance will have an effect on the overall success of the company's performance. This type of research is descriptive, because in this research the author only tries to explain or describe the state of the company through the results of the analysis. The conclusion of this research shows that employee performance at CV Sukahati Tasikmalaya is seen from all dimensions of employee performance seen from Quality of Work (quality of work), Promptness (punctuality), Initiative (initiative), Capability (ability), and Communication (communication). implemented well.
