Abstract

Managing a company, especially human resources, cannot be separated from the role of the leader, because the leader has a considerable influence on the success of the company. In fulfilling their responsibilities, not all leaders work effectively. Leadership increases employee productivity. This study seeks to determine the extent to which corporate leadership affects employee productivity. For the research method using a causal associative research method with a quantitative approach. The processed data was obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then filled in by the respondents. Then the data is processed using the SPSS program and tested with simple linear regression analysis. In this study the sample amounted to 42 respondents. The results of this study indicate that for every addition of 1 business leadership value, employee productivity will increase by 0.613. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be seen and said that the direction of the influence of business leadership on employee productivity is positive. And based on the significance value obtained, namely 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that business leadership influences employee productivity at PT.Yetoya Solusi Indonesia Tasikmalaya branch.
