Abstract

The main problem in this research is the cafe's location which juts out from the main road and its position is right behind the car wash, so many customers consider visiting Tungku Caffee & Resto Banjar City. This research was conducted to determine how to implement the store atmosphere strategy in increasing sales volume. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used by researchers in this research is the Non-Probability Sampling technique, with 10 informants. Based on the research results, consumers of Tungku Caffee & Resto in Banjar City are interested and make purchases because of the store atmosphere, both from the outside and interior appearance. The implementation of the store atmosphere strategy carried out by Tungku Café and Resto is based on internal and external environmental observations
