ETIKA BISNIS DALAM NILAI-NILAI ISLAM
Abstract
Speaking of business, Kohlbeng said that ethical principles in business can be grouped into three groups, as follows: (1) Principles of benefit, (2) Human rights principles, (3) Principles of justice. While the term "business" in question is a business affair or activity, industry or finance associated with the production or exchange of goods or services by placing money from entrepreneurs in certain risks with a particular business with the motive for profit. The form of application of business principles can be in the form of priority of quality, service, discipline, honesty, responsibility, fair treatment without discrimination and rivalry. Meanwhile, business based on Islamic views is a form of Muslim human activity, individuals or groups in the field of economy or business, on the one hand is given the freedom to seek profits by paying attention to faith and ethics (moral) so not free absolute in investing capital or spend their wealth and also Must conduct its business activities in accordance with the principles of honesty, fairness and truth values, and usefulness for its business. Business ethics according to Islamic law, in practice apply moral values in every economic activity and every relationship between one community group with other community groups. The moral values are covered in four traits, namely shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah.
