IMPLEMENTASI AEC BLUEPRINT DI INDONESIA MENUJU TERWUJUDNYA ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY (AEC)

Abstract

To achieve the AEC 2015, the involvement of all parties in all ASEAN member countries is absolutely necessary in order to realize ASEAN as a competitive area for investment activities and free trade can benefit all ASEAN member countries. It is realized by referring to AEC Blueprint. Implementation of AEC Blueprint is a big work for ASEAN including Indonesia of course. Heavy Duty Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs as the ministry responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of AEC Blueprint in Indonesia. The ministry should coordinate so much of the sector interests covered by the AEC Blueprint such as trade (goods and services), investments, labor, and so on. Besides other elements of AEC Blueprint such as competition policy, intellectual property rights, taxation, small medium business, development, infrastructure, capital, e-commerce and others also participate in coordination and monitoring of the ministry
