PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP CITRA PERUSAHAAN DI CV BUANA JAYA CEMERLANG BANJAR
Abstract
CV.BuanaJaya Cemerlangis one of the companies in Banjar city which is engaged in motorcycle sales, maintenance and spare parts sales. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Corporate Image in CVBuana Jaya Motor Branch Banjar. The type of this research is causal associative research with quantitative approach by using sampling technique that is disprosional random sampling. This research was conducted on 66 respondents consisting of employees and consumers CV Buana Jaya Cemerlang with statistical test using Pearson Product Moment method. Based on the results of data analysis using product moment, it is known that there is a significant impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Corporate Image in Buana Jaya Motor Branch Banjar with correlation coefficient 0,620 and coefficient determination 38,4%, influence happened to influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) corporate image is a positive influence based on the regression equation using SPSS 20. 0 for Windows program. This indicates that the increasing influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that effectively and efficiently will affect the Company's image in Buana Jaya Motor Branch Banjar.
