ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PRODUK HOME INDUSTRY ROTI NAYLA KOTA BANJAR
Abstract
Problems that researchers find especially in terms of work productivity and product quality include thefollowing: the lack of skills, expertise, employee experience in using work tools. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive is research method which is done toknow the value of independent variable or more (independent) without making comparison or combining between variable one with another. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that the productivity of work in improving the quality of bread products nayla Banjar city in terms of employee productivity should be more improved again as well as skills, expertise and experience in using tools and work needs training the correct direction to alter the potential of its employees. The quality of the product, home industry bread nayla Banjar city has a characteristic with the image of taste maintained since the establishment of the company until now able to survive in competitive conditions of course this is supported by the materials selection and employee productivity efficient and effective resulting inproduct quality quality.
