PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN KONTRAK PADA BAGIAN PRODUKSI ROTARY DI PT. ALBASI PRIANGAN LESTARI KOTA BANJAR

Abstract

Number of production employees who have an accident; the number of production employees who do not wear protective equipment (masks, shoes); as well as the number of production employees who do not enter due to sickness and work productivity unstahk employees where the work is not in accordance with the target task. The research method using quantitative method, research type associative. Data analysis using statistics with SPSS 20.0 program. The sampling technique is using simple random sampling so that the sampk number of 135 contract employees is obtained. Based on the results of the analysis, responder responses on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on emp/,oyees contact rotary production section at PT. Alhasi Priangan Lestrai Banjar City lies in the category of enough and responses Work Producti:vity on rotary production contract emp/,oyee at PT. Alhasi Priangan Lestari Banjar city is located in enough category. Obtained correlation coefficient of 0.348 and the effect of the remaining 12.11% 87.88 is another factor that is not examined among others job stress, moti:vation, wages and so forth. Obtained t count = 4.729 and t tahk (dk = 135-2, a5%) 1.977 so t count> t tabk (dk = 133, a5%) means Ha accepted and Ho rejected, it can be concluded that there is significant influence Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Work Productivity of contract emp/,oyees on rotary production at PT. Alhasi Priangan Lestari Banjar City.
