PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TETAP PADA KANTOR PUSAT PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) TIRTA ANOM KOTA BANJAR
Abstract
Satisfaction of employee remains at headquarters office local on Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) TirtaAnom Kota Banjar taps still less as expected,from thefinancial factor is still a lack of facilities provided by the company to its employees. Types of research used in this research is associative casual with quantitative approach. Statistical methods used in this study is the pearson Product Moment Correlation, aided by SPSS 20.0. Sampling techniques using saturated sampling methods and the sample is equal 35 peoples. Based on the results obtained correlation value of 0,503 the relationship between the variable inluded in the medium category. The coefficient of Determination of 0,253, meaning that influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction remains at the head office Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Anom Banjar is at 25,3% and the balance of 74,7% is the influence of otherfactors that were not studied them standing (position), rank (class), the quality of superoision. Of the hypothesis test results, obtained t count 3,347 > t table 1,692 or sig value 0,02 < 0,05 (a), then Ha accepted and Ho is rejected. Meaning it can be concluded there is a significant influence of compensation toemployeejob onperusahaan doerah air minum (PDAM) Tirta anom banjar is 25,3%.
