ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA ADMINISTRASI KARYAWAN PADA PT. KARYA ALAM DEVELOPER CIKONENG CIAMIS
Abstract
Based on observations in PT. KARYA ALAM Developers found several problems such as lack of motivation to employees, incentives that are not inconsistent with the performance of employees, lack of human resources in the company. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the performance of employees at PT. KARYA ALAM Cikoneng which can be seen from the factors - factors that affect the performance of its employees and policy leaders in improving employee performance. This research approach uses qualitative approach with descriptive method type. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number of samples of 3 informants and data collection by taking data from PT. Nature Works. Based on the analysis at PT. KARYA ALAM Developer that the level of performance of its employees at a declining level, this happens because the role of leadership to employees still less can be viewed from the HR employees and motivation given leadership in the form of motivsi, rewards, and incentives are said to be far from the expectations of employees .
