PENGARUH PELAYANAN PRIMA DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI RESTORAN MAYASI KOTA BANJAR
Abstract
The research approach used in this research is quantitative approach with eksplanatory method type. Sampling technique using saturated sampling (census) so that the sample number of sample as much as 100 respondents. The statistical technique used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of analysis on the excellent service and product quality, are in the category enough and responses questionnaire about customer satisfaction is in the category enough. So the influence of excellent service and product quality to customer satisfaction is in the category enough, obtained correlation coefficient of 0.413, while the amount of significant influence between excellent service and product quality to customer satisfaction in Restaurant Mayasi Banjar City is 41.3%. Result of hypothesis test stated that there is significant influence of excellent service and product quality to customer satisfaction in Banjar City Mayasi Restaurant.
