Abstract

The management of the Village Fund Allocation is still not maximal in accordance with the objectives of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). Where the purpose of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is to finance the Village Government program in carrying out government activities and community empowerment, so that even distribution of income, work opportunities and business opportunities for rural communities can be increased. This study aims to: 1) Know the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Physical Development. 2) Knowing the factors that hinder the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Physical Development. The results showed that: 1) In the implementation stages of village fund management and village fund allocation in Bojongmengger Village, it is inseparable from the cooperation of existing institutions in the village, namely the Village Representative Body or BPD and the Community Empowerment Institution or LPM. So that the quality of the implementation of development in the village is very effective and gives satisfaction to the community. 2) human resources, information and community participation.
